DISCLOSURE STATEMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ART.13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
In compliance with art.13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, and concerning the personal data which we will acquire, we inform of the following terms and conditions:
1.PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
a) The processing of personal data has the purpose of arranging and providing a disclosure statement according to the requests received.
b) Furthermore, it has the additional purpose of providing communications either commercial in nature or related to events and study days.
2.PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
a) the processing of personal data is carried out by means of procedures stated in the art.4 par.1 lett. a) of the Legislative Decree 196/2003: collection, recording, organising, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extrapolation, confrontation, utilisation, interconnection, blocking, erasure and destruction of personal data.
b) The procedures can be implemented with or without the aid of electronic or automated supports.
c) The processing will be carried out by the owner and/or by the employees charged with the aforementioned task.
3.PERSONAL DATA SUBMISSION
The submission of personal data, public and/or private, is strictly needed in order to carry out the procedures listed in point 1.a.
4.REFUSAL OF PERSONAL DATA SUBMISSION
The refusal of submission of personal data as explained in point 3.
will result in the inability to carry out the procedures listed in point 1.a.
5.PERSONAL DATA TRANSMISSION
Personal data can be transmitted, for the purposes listed in point 1.a, to employees or to third party partners and, generally, to all the persons which needed the transmission of data in order to fulfill correctly the purposes listed in point 1.a.
6.DATA DISTRIBUTION
Personal data will not be distributed.
7.DIRITTI DELL\'INTERESSATO.
The art.7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 invest the subject with the exercise of specific rights, among which that of obtaining by the owner the confirmation of the existence of personal data belonging to him/her, available for consultation; he/she has the right to know the origin of the data, the purpose and modality of processing, of the method of processing, the ID of the owner and of people whom the data may have been transmitted to; he/she has moreover the right to obtain an update, modification and integration of the data, the erasure, conversion in anonymous data or the blocking of the processed data; in case of violation of the law, the subject has the right to oppose, for legitimate motives, to the processing of the data.
8.REGISTERED USERS OF THE WEBSITE
Registered users can see and modify their data anytime and can request their erasure sending an e-mail to mailto:staff@aquarius-eventi.it.
9.OWNER OF THE PROCESSING
