IN AUTO
Autostrada A7 Milano-Genova (uscita Pavia Nord-Bereguardo):
Dopo il casello, proseguire sul raccordo autostradale Bereguardo-Pavia per 9 km, imboccare la Tangenziale ovest di Pavia, in direzione Pavia Nord, quindi uscire a “Istituti Universitari”, svoltare a destra, superare il cavalcavia e proseguire diritto alla rotatoria seguendo le indicazioni “ICS Maugeri”.
Autostrada A21 Torino-Piacenza (uscita Casteggio-Casatisma):
Dopo il casello, prendere la Statale 35 dei Giovi direzione Milano; arrivati a San Martino Siccomario, imboccare la tangenziale di Pavia e proseguire secondo le indicazioni riportate al punto precedente.
SS 35 da Milano:
Entrando in città imboccare a destra la Tangenziale nord di Pavia e uscire a “Istituti Universitari”, svoltare a destra alla rotatoria e seguire le indicazioni “ICS Maugeri”.

La via è nuova e non ancora mappata, inserire nel navigatore: via Ferrata, alla rotonda imboccare il viale alberato, sulla destra è visibile la facciata azzurra dell'ICS Maugeri.

BY CAR
A7 Milano-Genova motorway, Bereguardo exit:
after leaving Bereguardo exit drive on along the Pavia bypass towards Pavia-nord. Get out at Istituti Universitari, turn right and follow the directions “Maugeri”.
A21 Torino-Piacenza motorway, Casteggio exit:
after leaving Casteggio-Casatisma follow the directional marks for Pavia; at the San Martino Siccomario roundabout, join Pavia bypass and drive on according to the information given above.
SS 35 from Milano: after passing Certosa, join Pavia bypass and exit at “Istituti Universitari”, turn right and follow the directions “Maugeri”.

IN AEREO / BY PLANE
La città di Pavia è facilmente raggiungibile dagli aeroporti di Milano (Linate, Malpensa Terminal 1 e 2) e Bergamo (Orio al Serio).
 MILANO LINATE (58 km)
Pavia è collegata con servizio pullman diretto all’Aeroporto di Milano Linate – Orari e tariffe: Autoservizi Botti
Dall’aeroporto è possibile raggiungere Milano con il servizio Air Bus Linate – Centrale (ferma anche a P.le Dateo) dove potrete trovare treni regionali e Intercity per Pavia.
Dall’aeroporto potete
 MILANO MALPENSA (85 km)
TERMINAL 1 e TERMINAL 2 non sono direttamente collegati con i mezzi a Pavia, ma vi sono frequenti mezzi per/da Milano: in pullman / in treno.
Da Milano si raggiunge Pavia con il treno (Trenord – Trenitalia) o pullman (società: Autoguidovie).
 BERGAMO ORIO AL SERIO (102 km)
L’aeroporto non è direttamente collegato con i mezzi a Pavia, ma è facilmente raggiungibile da Milano e Bergamo in pullman o in treno (Trenitalia).

Arrivati a Pavia nel Piazzale della Stazione F.S. o dell’Autostazione, è possibile raggiungere la sede del convegno in autobus e in taxi.

 MILANO LINATE: (58 km) Pavia is connected with a regular bus service to Milan Linate airport. Schedules and faires: Autoservizi Botti . Linate airport in connected to Milan by a bus service Air Bus Linate – Centrale (with a stop in P.le Dateo, suburban train S13) where you can find regional and long-distance train to Pavia
 MILANO MALPENSA: (85 km) Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are not directly connected by public transport to Pavia, but there are frequent bus and train to Milan. From Milan, you can reach Pavia by train (Trenord-Trenitalia) or by bus (Autoguidovie)
 BERGAMO ORIO AL SERIO: (102 km) The airport is not directly connected by public transport to Pavia, but can be easily reached from Milan and Bergamo by coach or train (Trenitalia)

Once you arrived in Pavia by train or by bus, you can reach the congress venue by bus, by bus, or by taxy.

IN TRENO / BY TRAIN
La stazione di Pavia è sulla linea Milano-Genova. E’ collegata a Milano con parecchi treni. Il servizio è operato da Trenitalia per i treni regionali e a lunga percorrenza (R, RE, RV), mentre il servizio locale è effettuato da Trenord (S13). Dal Piazzale della Stazione è possibile raggiungere la sede in autobus e in taxi.

The city station is on the main Milan-Genoa line. It is connected with Milan by many different trains. This service is operated by Trenitalia for regional and interregional trains (R, RE, RV). The local service is operated by Trenord (S13). From Piazzale della Stazione you can reach the conference venue by bus, by taxy.

Destinatari

COST REIMBURSEMENT MODALITIES
Meeting participants eligible to be reimbursed should:
1. Choose the most economical means of transportation, which complies with the COST rules for reimbursement.
2. Make their transportation arrangements as early as possible upon receipt of their official invitation through eCOST to the approved activity.
Reimbursement modalities:
1. Register an e-COST profile at https://e-services.cost.eu/ each participant must also add their bank details to their e-COST profile.
2. Sign the attendance list on each day that they attend the meeting, omitting this will disqualify participant to be reimbursed.
3. Declare via e-COST when submitting their Online Travel Reimbursement Request (OTRR) that they will not receive a reimbursement or an allowance from a third party to support their attendance at the COST meeting for where they are submitting a claim - double funding is not permitted. The COST Association reserves the right to contact any beneficiary of COST funds and / or their institution or any other relevant third party when double funding is suspected.
4. Submit through eCOST to the Grant Holder, immediately after the meeting, maximum within 30 days after the end date of the approved activity a completed OTRR.
5. Upload legible copies of all required invoices / receipts and relevant supporting documents (see list in the annex of this document) onto e-COST and archive the original invoices / receipts until the end date of the audit timeframe as indicated on the CardioRNA Grant Agreement.
6. If traveling to Pavia through airport outside of Italy, you must put a brief description in comment box why you travelled as chosen (e.g. cheaper or more convenient since chosen airport is closer to the venue).
7. Insurance is not reimbursable, apart from cancellation insurance.
8. Visa is reimbursable.
9. Due to GDPR and privacy protection of the data, account numbers, etc. OTTR has to be submitted only and exclusively by invited participant. The document has to be electronically signed exclusively by participant by eSignature accepted by COST.
All payments made to eligible participants are in Euro at an exchange rate automatically calculated by e-COST which uses the conversion rate applicable at the end date of the meeting. When receiving a
payment sourced from COST, bank charges / fees charged by banks are not eligible to be claimed by the beneficiary and must be borne by each respective individual beneficiary.
