Prefazione/razionale

Microsurgery is a powerful tool to foster our future. The young surgeon today faces a serious challenge to his/her training and to the desire to begin a scientific career. While the surgical exposure to clinical cases is mandatory, there are serious limitations to accomplish an effective core curriculum. Thus, microsurgery in the modern world should be enclosed as a part of surgical programs because it allows to practice upon several levels of models, also scaling an increasing step of skills. In a perspective of a future in surgical research, such branch can offer a invaluable extra expertise to program experiments and develop researches. We welcome bright candidates at University of Pavia and hope to offer a unique experience of full practical immersion in such potential improvement of skills and understanding of surgery.

Registration fee:
TRAINING COURSE ON MICROSURGERY € 610,00 VAT 22% included (€ 500,00 + VAT)
The fee includes: congress kit, participation to scientific sessions, coffee breaks and light lunch, social dinner, certificate of attendance.
The fee will be waved for PhD Students (subject to CV submission).
Fresh anatomic preparations and models will be used during dissection and one Surgical kit for Laboratory activity will be available to every participant.
