Prefazione/razionale

The aim of the course is to provide a "full immersion experience" on microsurgery of the temporal bone, offering the opportunity to deal with the basic issues of this type of surgery thanks to a "step by step" dissection. A peculiarity of the Course is the chance of taking advantage of the radiologic evaluation of each sample in the pre-dissection phase, helped by specialised oto-neurosurgeons and neuroradiologists, in order to assimilate the basic principles of the temporal bone anatomy. Therefore, this course is designed for ENT or neurosurgeons who would like to approach the fascinating field of the temporal bone microsurgery.

The fee includes: congress kit, participation to scientific sessions, coffee breaks and light lunch, certificate of attendance.
Fresh anatomic preparation will be used during dissection and one Surgical kit for Laboratory activity will be available to every participant.
