ON LINE REGISTRATION
All participants are required to register using the "online form", which can be found on www.bquadro-congressi.it/index_eng.php and to pay via wire transfer.
Online instructions and registration procedure for new users:
• by filling the personal data and password fields, you will be registered to Bquadro website;
the website will send automatically a confirmation e-mail containing USERNAME and PASSWORD, which will allow you to proceed to the following step.
• using USERNAME and PASSWORD in the blue reserved area, you will gain access to the "Event calendar" section. The system will automatically retrieve your personal data after selecting month, event and then "Online registration". Please confirm them selecting “Send”. The website will automatically send a PRE-REGISTRATION e-mail for the event.

Registration without data for invoice issue or with wrong fee will not be considered valid.
It is NOT possibile to register by phone.
The registration will be considered finalized upon receival of the payment.

REGISTRATION FEE
The fee is € 500,00 + 22% VAT (total € 610,00), it includes:
• Participation to scientific programmes
• Accommodation in single room B&B in september 8 out september 12 (n. 4 nights) at Collegio Cairoli
• Free urban Bus transfer from "Collegio Cairoli" to “C. Mondino” Foundation and “S. Maugeri” Foundation research institutes for practical training sessions
• ECM Certificate and Certificate of attendance
• Buffet light lunches and dinners for the whole duration of the Course
• English guided tour of Pavia on Thursday 11th September
• Social Dinner on Thursday 11th September
