All participants are required to register using the "online form", which can be found on www.bquadro-congressi.it and to pay via wire transfer.

The "on line" registration deadline is Friday, May 3rd.
Accommodations at the Grand Hotel Bristol will not be available at the negotiated meeting rate after this date.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract can be submitted only via website www.bquadro-congressi.it from 1st Genuary 2013 until 5th April 2013, after registering to the Conference.
The payment of the Registration fee can be done after abstract acceptance by the Scientific Committee and Early bird registration Fee will be applied according to date of registration.

Online instructions and registration procedure for new users:
• by filling the personal data and password fields, you will be registered to Bquadro website;
the website will sent automatically a confirm e-mail containing USERNAME and PASSWORD, which will allow you to proceed to the following step.
• using USERNAME and PASSWORD in the blue reserved area, you will gain access to the "Event calendar" section. The system will automatically retrieve your personal data after selecting month, event and then "Online registration". Please confirm them selecting “Send”. The website will automatically send a PRE-REGISTRATION e-mail for the event.

Confirmation and invoice
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration.
Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.

Each participant will be notified of invoice/receipt availability via e-mail.
The invoice/receipt will be downloadable from www.bquadro-congressi.it

REGISTRATION FEE cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to bolla@bquadro-congressi.it.
NOTE: The cancellation policy does not apply to hotel room reservations.
For requests received by April 7th, the registration fee will be completely refunded minus a 50 € handling fee.
For requests received from April 8th to April 23rd, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
There will be no refund for cancellation requests received after April 24th 2013.
All the refunds will be issued after the event.

Please remember to include in the email all the bank data needed for the wire transfer:

From Malpensa Airport
• By train*
(1h30m, 4€). There are 8 daily connections to Stresa, but you will need to change trains en route. From the airport's Terminal 1 take the Malpensa Express and get off at Busto Arsizio RFI***. Then take the train going to Domodossola.
• By car
(50m, 50km). Follow the signs for the A26 Genoa - Gravellona Toce motorway. Take the A26 motorway in the direction of Gravellona Toce. Keep heading towards Gravellona Toce until the Baveno exit. At Baveno follow the signs for Stresa.
• By bus
(50m, 9€). From April to September take the Alibus shuttle for Stresa. The service has a timetable (6 journeys a day), but you need to book the day before on

From Milan
• By car
(1h20m, 90 km). Take the A8 motorway towards Laghi-Sesto Calende-Varese, then the A26 motorway towards Gravellona Toce to the Baveno exit. At Baveno follow the signs for Stresa.
• By train*
(1h-1h30m, 5-14€). There are 21 trains a day from the two stations in Milan which stop at Stresa. From Milan's Porta Garibaldi station, take one of the 10 regional trains heading for Domodossola (1h30m, 5€). From Milan's Centrale station, take one of the 6 regional trains heading for Domodossola (1h10m, 5€) or one of the 5 international trains heading for Geneva/Basle** (55m, 14€).
• By bus
(1h15m). From Lampugnano underground station, 2 buses a day go to Stresa.

* Tickets must be bought and validated before boarding the train. There are no discounts for advance purchases or for return tickets. At Stresa the station is near the lakeside and the town centre (5 minutes on foot).
** Some international trains to Switzerland do not stop at Stresa: check before leaving. Booking is necessary for international trains.
*** NOTE: do not get off at Busto Arsizio (2nd stop) but at Busto Arsizio RFI (3rd stop).


Da Malpensa
• In treno*
(1h30m, 4€). Sono disponibili 8 connessioni giornaliere con Stresa, ma è necessario effettuare un cambio intermedio. Dal Terminal 1 dell'aeroporto prendete il treno Malpensa Express e scendete alla fermata Busto Arsizio RFI***. Quindi prendete il treno per Domodossola.
• In auto
(50m, 50km). Seguite le indicazioni per l'autostrada A26 Genova - Gravellona Toce. Prendete l'autostrada A26 in direzione Gravellona Toce. Mantenete la direzione Gravellona Toce fino all'uscita Carpugnino. A Carpugnino seguite le indicazioni per Stresa.
• In bus
(50m, 9€). Da Aprile a Settembre prendete la navetta Alibus per Stresa. Il servizio ha orari programmati (6 corse al giorno), ma deve essere prenotato il giorno precendente su www. http://www.safduemila.com/info.html

Da Milano
• In auto
(1h20m, 90 km). Prendete l'autostrada A8 in direzione Laghi-Sesto Calende-Varese, quindi l'autostrada A26 in direzione Gravellona Toce fino all'uscita Carpugnino. A Carpugnino seguite le indicazioni per Stresa.
• In treno*
(1h-1h30m, 5-14€). Dalle due stazioni di Milano partono 21 treni giornalieri con fermata a Stresa. Da Milano Porta Garibaldi prendete uno dei 10 treni regionali con destinazione Domossola (1h30m, 5€). Da Milano Centrale prendete uno dei 6 treni regionali con destinazione Domodossola (1h10m, 5€) o uno dei 5 treni internazionali con destinazione Ginevra/Basilea** (55m, 14€).
• In bus
(1h15m). Dalla stazione della metropolitana Lampugnano partono 2 bus giornalieri per Stresa.

Accompanying person
All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Gala Dinner for a nominal fee and they are required to register to the Conference.
Please contact the Organizing Secretariat if you wish to bring a guest to the Gala Dinner.
A Social program will be organized upon reaching the minimum quota of 10 participants (guided tour to "Cenacolo" and shopping in Milan, Lake Maggiore boat cruise).
Requests for additional information may be directed to the Organizing Secretariat.

Should you require special services while in attendance at the Symposium, please contact the Organizing Secretariat before the meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made.
