Registration form and full payment
If the registration form and full payment are received no later than the registration deadline (11 May 2016), a Congress Bag is included in the registration fee for full delegates/specialists, young specialists, speakers and students. If the registration form and/or full payment are received after the early registration deadline, the Congress Secretariat cannot guarantee that a Congress Bag will be available. All Congress materials will be handed out onsite at the Congress secretariat desk.

Get off at Pavia Station and take bus n° 3 bound to “ Tevere-Maugeri. Get off at Maugeri-Fondazione Mondino stop. Follow the tree-lined road till the mark Congress centre on your right.

A7 Milano-Genova motorway, Bereguardo exit:
after leaving Bereguardo exit drive on along the Pavia bypass towards Pavia-nord. Get out at Istituti Universitari, turn right and follow the directions “Maugeri”.
A21 Torino-Piacenza motorway, Casteggio exit:
after leaving Casteggio-Casatisma follow the directional marks for Pavia; at the San Martino Siccomario roundabout, join Pavia bypass and drive on according to the information given above.
SS 35 from Milano: after passing Certosa, join Pavia bypass and exit at “Istituti Universitari”, turn right and follow the directions “Maugeri”.

There is a daily bus service from Milano Linate Airport to Pavia
From Milano Malpensa Airport there is no bus service direct to Pavia.
There is a daily bus service, Malpensa Shuttle, connecting Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to Milano Central Station (Milano Stazione Centrale) or Milano Bovisa and from there you can take a train to Pavia.
From Orio al Serio - Bergamo Airport there is a bus service to the Milano Central Station.

Registration Cancellation PolicyNotification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by email or fax.
If the written notification of cancellation is received before 10 May 2017 the paid registration fee less an administration fee of 50 EUR will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
